CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
We have created a salon that is at capacity most days and all cancelations effects not only our day to day running but stops others who want to book into their stylists.
This policy is now in place and no exceptions will be made.
A no show is when a client makes a booking then doesn’t turn up.
1st no show will be charged a $20 fee AND will require a 50% deposit to make a new appointment. The 50% deposit will go towards your next service. If you fail to show up again or cancel without 24 hours notice you will forfeit your deposit.
2nd no show will require 50% of the missed appointment value before being able to make another booking, this is NOT towards the new appointment, this is to cover costs of the MISSED appointment. You will also be required to pay 50% of the next service. If you fail to show up again or cancel without 24 hours notice you will forfeit your deposit.
3rd no show and we will not be able to take further bookings from you.
All no shows come up as an alert on your client profile.
Cancellations must be made at least 24hrs prior to your appointment or a $20 fee will be charged to your next appointment.
We understand life happens but we appreciate your concern if you need to change your time, we will accommodate you, all we ask in return is your consideration with your appointments
