We have created a salon that is at capacity most days and cancellations affect not only our day to day running but stops others who want to book into their stylists.
 

CANCELLATIONS AND DEPOSITS

To ensure we maintain a smooth running schedule, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice should you wish to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

A confirmation text is sent 48 hours before your appointment time, this requires a 'yes' response. If you fail to respond and we are unable to contact you at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time, your appointment will be cancelled.

A deposit may have been taken to secure your booking.

If you fail to provide 24 hours notice to cancel, your deposit will be credited to your account, not refunded. The deposit is valid for one month before it is forfeited.

If you fail to attend your appointment without any notice, including failure to confirm/cancel, your deposit is forfeited.

NO SHOWS
A no show is when a client makes a booking then doesn’t turn up.

1st no show will be charged a $20 fee AND will require a 50% deposit to make a new appointment which is credited towards your service. If you fail to show up again or cancel without 24 hours notice you will forfeit your deposit.
2nd no show will require 50% of the missed appointment value before being able to make another booking, this is NOT towards the new appointment, this is to cover costs of the MISSED appointment. You will also be required to pay 50% of the next service. If you fail to show up again or cancel without 24 hours notice you will forfeit your deposit.
3rd no show and we will not be able to take further bookings from you.
All no shows come up as an alert on your client profile.

We understand life happens but we appreciate your concern if you need to change your time, we will accommodate you, all we ask in return is your consideration with your appointments
